| Turn right at the bottom of George Street into Bolebridge Street and on the right at the end of the road we come to Cloud 10 (Tamworth's lap dancing club where the girls have to keep their knickers on - by order of the local council!). This was the site of Lakins Night Club and Night Moves Night Club. During the late 1980s, the Tamworth music scene was so vibrant and busy that on some occasions there would be a band on at The Rathole, the Arts Centre and here at Lakins or Night Moves - all on the same night. Many top indie bands played here supported by a vast array of local talent. |
