I am embarrassed to say I don't even know the names or identities of some of the people!!!!

I can say that far left is Tim Goode (looking every inch the classic scooter boy in army greens and doc martens!) and also pictured are me (in over the top psychedelic hipster trousers complete with, bizarrely, Jam shoes and a bright green psychedelic top!! - thank God the pic was black & white eh?!?!) standing next to my own sister Nicola Mortimer who was a backing vocalist to begin with. Pictured at the back far right is the ubiquitous Donald Skinner!!

No idea who the incredibly young looking trumpet players are!!!!

I think they were from school and were roped in for one rehearsal and a photo session but were never involved with the Dream Factory really!! It was just that I had, even in those embryonic days, a vision of using a brass section come what may!!

The long haired drummer at the back and centre is someone who I've now forgotten (sorry folks!) and lasted a week or two at best before Steve Quilton joined as our drummer.

Mark Mortimer

*[Graham Walters and Kerry Goddard on trumpet and Jason Farrow on drums - Ed.]
